My name is Nick Lott. I am an ambitious graphic designer and visual communincator from Charleston, SC who works diligently to improve my craft day-in and day-out. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College with a B.A. in Journalism while majoring in Visual Communications, and will be graduating from graduate school with Masters in Mass Communication in Strategic Communication Management in the coming months.
Through my academic and professional career, I have been able to gain key skills which include:
- Create visually appealing graphics through layout, typography, and color
- Photograph moments in both naturally and artificially-lit lighting
- Basic knowledge of motion design, video editing, & UI/UX design
- Use of multimedia methods to deliver messages
- Developing and implementing a strategic communications campaign
- Research publics and craft messages and strategies for a campaign
